2. Nobody is allowed to disturb anyone, especially the Neighbors by any act directly or indirectly.
3. Noising, damaging property, or any unethical activity is prohibited.
4. Female visitors to meet male guests are strictly not allowed.
5. Un-Married Pakistani Couples are not allowed.
6. Everyone has privacy and we have to respect it.
7. 7. Pets are not allowed.
General Conditions:
8. Air Conditioners shall be in off mode while going outside the apartment.
9. Full Payment will be charged at the time of Check inn.
10. Once Checked inn, the amount of the booking will not be refunded.
11. Every Guest has to show his/her identity (CNIC or Passport/Visa) at the time of check inn. (Sindh Govt Rules).
12. Any extension of Stay is subject to availability.
13. Check-out time is 12.00 PM and Check inn time is 2:00 PM onward.
14. The violation of rules may lead to expelling from the Apartment immediately without any refund of the paid amount.
15. Any Loss or Damage to the property will be charged as per current market rates.
16. We do not allow organizing any party, friends gathering, or Halla Gulla on our premises.
